Welcome Back!!  Hope Everyone had a Most Memorable Labor Day!!  Oh what a Beautiful Weekend it was indeed!! A little sad that summer has come to an end.  But glad the weather has not changed to fall temps quite yet.  I don’t know about you, but I am not quite ready for the fall.

However the stores are.  There are Halloween displays that have been out for a couple weeks, and this morning, I received two emails about booking my Holiday party at particular restaurants…Seriously????  Is it not to soon??

While I do think it is a little too soon, for the Holidays, I do believe one should begin getting prepared.  This is true in the business world especially.

I think the first thing a business should do while getting prepared for their seasonal change is to make sure their client/customer data/list is up to date.  Are the addresses still correct?  If “Suzie” one of your best customers has moved a few blocks, don’t you still wish to reach her to let her know of an upcoming sale you will be having?  At Dundee Data we can update your client/customer data/list to make sure you have all the proper information, and because we like to offer a bit more, we can also do a client/customer profile for you so you know more details about your best clients/customers.  Because we all wish to grow our client/customer base, we can then find you a TARGETED MAILING LIST that looks like those best clients/customers!  BAM!!!  Now I guess with all that in place for our clients… it may just be starting to feel a lot like Christmas 😉  …if clients/customers are like presents.

I know I think those are wonderful presents.  Every client and new client is indeed a gift, wouldn’t you say?..

Now if you don’t mind, I am going to get back to work and enjoy the view from my office window of a beautiful sunny day with green grass still on the ground.
