According to B2B Direct Marketing, the United States Postal Service will offer product marketers a 5% upfront postal discount on samples mailed out in August and September. The Postal Service’s “Product Samples Promotion” for the mailing of trial-size samples, is intended to “reinvigorate product sampling” through the mail.
